Diane Campbell

Anna Persson

Diane grew up near Des Moines, Iowa, and attended the University of Iowa. She first visited Eugene in 1995 and fell in love with its natural beauty and rich cultural life. After college, she returned to the Eugene area, which has been her home since 1996. Diane graduated from the Eugene Waldorf teacher training program in 2001 and welcomed her first child the same year.

After spending several years in the home caring for her two children, Diane went back to school to earn her master’s degree in teaching at Pacific University’s Eugene annex. Since that time, she has worked as a guest teacher in the 4J school district, gaining experience in a wide variety of elementary, middle, and high school classrooms.

Diane is passionate about helping children overcome obstacles and access the best versions of themselves. In pursuit of this, she has also become a yoga teacher who specializes in yoga and mindfulness experiences for children. Diane is excited to be back at the Eugene Waldorf School and to have the opportunity to support our community.
