The Eugene Waldorf School

Welcome to the Eugene Waldorf School!

Established in 1980, the Eugene Waldorf School believes that children deserve an inspired education which will allow them to grow up strong, happy and healthy. Our school serves students in preschool through eighth grade, and our dedicated and loving teachers provide a solid foundation for lifelong learning by joyfully immersing children in art, music, math, language, movement and play.

Our mission is to educate the whole child for the future, equally engaging body, mind, and spirit. Our teachers foster a love of learning by enlivening the imagination, strengthening the creative will, deepening understanding, and awakening a sense of community. Our academic program integrates the arts, humanities, and sciences. We strive to help all children develop their unique physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual capacities. This enables each individual to responsibly and freely enter into an ever-changing local and global community.
